Meet Jennifer
I’ve taken a few turns myself.
My own career has been anything but a straight line.
I’ve led law firms, earned an Executive MBA, left a successful career to build a company from the ground up, raised capital, won a $50,000 pitch competition, navigated the much less glamorous realities of entrepreneurship, sold the business, and returned to executive leadership.
Along the way, I’ve learned that the decisions that change our lives rarely arrive with certainty. Sometimes the data points one direction while something deeper keeps pulling another way. Sometimes the smartest thing you can do is change your mind. And sometimes you simply have to make the next right decision before you can see where it leads.
That’s the perspective I bring to every conversation.
